Material Characteristics

  • The transmittance of fiber glass under 400℃ is 0.06Kcal/mh℃, and it holds less heat, saving energy, and achieving cost down.
  • There are two models of heater to be chosen. The silicon rubber heater is with its best quality of temperature balance under 200℃, silicone fibre glass heating tape is used at 220℃ of operation temperature.
  • It brings result of less heat waste, energy saving up to 20% or more, as we are using thermal reinforcement of 25mm, comparing to usual standard of 10~13 mm industry wise.
  • Design can be customized based on client’s preferences from specs of shapes, temperature and other requirements.
  • Every heater is applied with the round shaped side panels to make sure they are closely sealed, rather than the other manufacturers are merely implementing the ‘outer cover plaid’, which causing the shortage of fiber glass at each breach, and bringing out the issues of unbalance of temperature, heat loss, as well as burn out.

Special design

Labeling
It is tagged on the surface of heater with a removable design. At the left hand side it marked with warning of ‘Caution high temperature! Please do not touch’, and the serial number of each heater is marked at the right hand side on the label, and helps recognizing each item every time when heaters are changed or removed.
